Justen Funeral Home is a family operated business operated by the fourth generation of the Justen Family to serve McHenry in the funeral business.  Mark Justen, along with Mark’s wife, Nancy, also a licensed funeral director, own and operate the funeral homes as well as McHenry County’s only crematory.  The crematory is conveniently located at the McHenry funeral home location.

Justen Funeral Home serves its families from three funeral home locations.  George R. Justen & Son Funeral Home and Justen’s Wonder Lake Funeral Home are located in McHenry County.  Justen’s Round Lake Funeral Home is located in Lake County.

Along with Mark and Nancy, professional staff members include our Manager, Debbie J. Thompson, Licensed Funeral Director, Certified Funeral Celebrant,  and Certified Crematory Operator; Donna Anderson, Administrative Assistant and Certified Crematory Operator; Tracey Bacon, Funeral Home Assistant and Worsham Mortuary College Student; Richard Bowe, Building and Grounds and Certified Crematory Operator; Abbie Spaight, Licensed Funeral Director Intern; Dennis Smith, Certified Crematory Operator; and Jerry Schneider, Funeral Home Assistant.  Renee Broaddus serves as the Prearrangement Counselor for Justen Funeral Homes.
